Early Check-In/Packet Pick-up:

There will be an early check-in/packet pick-up on Wednesday, November 27 from 12-7 p.m. at

Race Day Check-In:

Race check-in will start at 6:30 a.m. on Thursday morning and take place in Sylvan Park near the start line.


Reminder that the kids 1k Fun Run will start at 7:30 a.m. and the 5K will start promptly at 8 a.m.  So give yourself plenty of time to check-in and get your race bib and t-shirt before the start of the race.


All participants that register before race-day will receive a t-shirt.

Sizes not guaranteed for participants that register after Monday, November 25, 2019.

Participants that register morning of the event are not guaranteed a shirt but will be given one if there are extra shirts.



Awards given to top three overall male and female winners.

Awards will also be given to top male and female winner of each age category. 



Please note that all of the streets in red on the course map will be closed on the morning of the race and will be unavailable for parking.  You can park on any of the other surrounding streets that are not closed on the morning of the event.  Closest parking would be those streets to the west of Sylvan Park and the University.


Cancellation Policy:

Please be aware that ALL entries are non transferable and non refundable. This applies whether or not you may be injured, have moved, or any other reason. We cannot make any exceptions to this policy. Thank you for your understanding.

If you cannot participate after you have registered, please notify us by email. We are happy to ship your participant shirt after the event at your request, provided requests are made prior to 12/31/19. Please include your name, street address, gender, age, phone number and T-shirt size in your email


As noted above, if you registered after November 25, 2019, we guarantee you a shirt but not your size.


The race will be professionally timed using electronic timing chips.


*Inland Harvest Donation:

If you donate a canned good to donate to the Inland Harvest food bank you will receive $5 off the registration price. Select the "with canned food donation" option at the time of registration and then bring your donation with you to packet pick-up or on the morning of the race.
